MyBagSpa Solutions & Services

Future plans will utilize both Internet and increase retail booths as a communication tool, thereby enabling us to integrate our products and value-added services to all designer brands' boutiques and customers. Public and designer brands' boutiques will be exposed to our products, services, and operational enhancements in MBS cross-synergistic functionality thereby multiplying the effectiveness of each.

To further develop MBS web-based and retail + service booth market focused strategy, the company will evolve its organization into 4 separate business units.

  • The company planned objectives are to operate an Internet site for servicing and online retail via the Internet under the MyBagSpa website.
  • MBS Retail + Service Global Direct Booth: Expansion of MyBagSpa booths globally will be executed via strategic licensing agreements. This franchisee program will serve as a drop-off & pick-up location for the operator of MBS Spa Lab. The booth will also serve as a retail outlet for distributing MBS products to the public.
  • MBS Spa Lab: Expansion of Labs will be executed via strategic licensing agreements. This program will provide the 'works' equipment, tools and solutions necessary to provide the services in its own booth. Franchisee will be trained in-field and receive full support from MBS. MBS will provide consultation and answer any questions the franchisee encounters.
  • MBS Corporate Retail + Service: MyBagSpa welcomes all designer boutiques to establish after-sales Retail + Service relations. To provide our advices, services & products, designer boutique's staff is able to create a value-added relationship with their clients.
